In order to obtain qualified modes, we built a quality control system and applied this process:

Raw material → Chemical Composition Detecting → Wire Cutting & Rough Processing → Heat Treatment (Heating, Quenching & Tempering) → Fine Processing → Quality Checking → Oiling → Packing & Storage

We also supply different materials for customers to choose from: Cr12, 9Cr2Mo, Cr12MoV, Cr12Mo1V1, H13, High Cr Alloy, and more.

Our molds and toolings have been successfully exported to more than 20 countries, including Russia, Turkey, South Korea, Columbia, Chile, and more.
